5. Fees and Payment

Our service fees are in addition to any state filing fees. All fees are quoted prior to service initiation. Payment is due upon order placement. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced or filings have been submitted, unless otherwise stated.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If we make an error attributable to our mistake, we will correct it at no additional charge. This does not cover state processing delays or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Registered Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the six months preceding the claim.
